Once again, I apologise for the severe lateness of this post.
I was grounded for a while...^^; Heh...
Anyway, not much is going on.
Mercy's tail feathers have grown in. Sara turned 11 on the 15th!!!! ^^
She had a very nice little party... I'll post pictures soon! Well, as soon as I can, anyway.....

Mom makes her first post

Yes, Rachel has officially turned 16. It's hard to believe that I'm old enough to have a daughter that age. I guess the covered up gray hair would be an indication. We had a very low key birthday this year. Rachel was adamant that 16 is no big deal and an arbitrary age that people celebrate. Dad and I don't agree but honored her wishes. However, Dad took Rachel to New York City on Monday, Nov. 10th to visit MoMA. (The Museum of Modern Art) They took the train and took in other sites as well.
We'll have to do something really out of character for Rachel's next birthday. I'm open to any ideas as I don't feel I have two brain cells to rub together to come up with something creative. So email me offline will ya? Thanks and God Bless. Jackie

Hello again,
Just keeping you informed...
School is going well, but Rachel missed most of it because she got very sick earlier this week.
We think it was a virus combined with really low blood sugar. She was ina lot of pain for a few days, and she passed out twice. That was pretty scary.

In other news, we all went out Trick o' Treating on Hallowe'en with our lovely cousins Quincy and Jordyn and Mason. Pix will follow this post.

Random Updates

'Ello again, our five faithful watchers! ^^

Erm...some of you may have seen a number of typos in my last few posts. There IS a valid reason for that!

You see, Mum took Sara and I to the optometrist for our eye exams. The doctor put some nasty drops in our eyes that made our pupils dilate. We couldn't see anything closer than a foot from arm's length for the remainder of the day.

Needless to say, it all but made typing impossible. ^^

I went on a Christian retreat weekend which totally PWNED!!!! XD It was great, and I had a great time. Thanks for your letters!

So, not much has happened lately, otherwise...

I'm sickish. ><
I passed ot twice on Monday night, either from this evil virus that's inflaming my neck, or from a REALLY low blood sugar count. Either way, it was frightening.
For those of you who have never passed out, it's different for everybody. For me, the first time felt like going to sleep. (Not very dramatic, I suppose, but rather confusing for me) I don't remember the second time. One second I was talking to Daddy, and I blink, and I'm flat on my back on the floor! O_o Yipes.

So...It's been a few days and I'm still a bit "off". Head, neck, and back are KILLIN' me! ><'
